Ebenezer Kwapong Owusu is currently the Senior Manager, Business Development responsible for managing and monitoring projects of IT Consortium. Prior to his current position he was responsible for the implementation of the Company’s student management system in the various tertiary institutions in Ghana. He has been with the company since 2005.
Ebenezer holds an MBA from GIMPA, Ghana and a Bachelor of Education in Population Studies from the University of Cape Coast. He has over ten years of experience in managing fintech projects in the banking and telecommunications industries with equal exposures in the education sector and with MMDAs.

Romeo Bugyei is the Managing Director of IT Consortium. He has over 20 years of executive leadership experience in consulting, insurance and technology spaces. With his experience, he has contributed to the success and technology transformation of many companies. Romeo has led the transformation of IT Consortium into one of the foremost Financial Technology (FinTech) companies in Ghana and beyond. Romeo Bugyei currently chairs the Governing Council of the Technology Chamber of Ghana. He has a deep understanding of the Fintech space and has been a voice on many issues pertaining to the digitization of the financial ecosystem. He is also passionate about providing solutions and tools that facilitate financial inclusion.
Prior to IT Consortium, he was the Head of Information Systems Department at SIC Insurance Company Ltd and Group Manager for Software and Communication at TSS Limited.
Romeo has an MPhil in computer science and application from the Shanghai University of Science and Technology from the People’s Republic of China and holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi – Ghana.
