Mr. Ebenezer Ato Yawson

Mr. Yawson has over twenty (20) years experience in IT Systems Development and Implementation including Project Design, Deployment Configuration and Management, Systems and Networks Infrastructure Security Architecture; and software development among others.
Ato is the Chief Information Security and AML Officer of IT Consortium and has been with the company since 1999. He is also a Lead Implementer in the ISO27001, Information Security Management Systems certification program for industries and servers as an IT Consultant and Lecturer in the Ashesi University, Ghana. Ato has been involved in the design and implementation of technologies in varied fields of endeavor including but not limited to Telecommunications, Health and Education.

Romeo Bugyei is the Managing Director of IT Consortium. He has over 20 years of executive leadership experience in consulting, insurance and technology spaces. With his experience, he has contributed to the success and technology transformation of many companies. Romeo has led the transformation of IT Consortium into one of the foremost Financial Technology (FinTech) companies in Ghana and beyond. Romeo Bugyei currently chairs the Governing Council of the Technology Chamber of Ghana. He has a deep understanding of the Fintech space and has been a voice on many issues pertaining to the digitization of the financial ecosystem. He is also passionate about providing solutions and tools that facilitate financial inclusion.
Prior to IT Consortium, he was the Head of Information Systems Department at SIC Insurance Company Ltd and Group Manager for Software and Communication at TSS Limited.
Romeo has an MPhil in computer science and application from the Shanghai University of Science and Technology from the People’s Republic of China and holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi – Ghana.
