We get our information from the data you provide when you access or come onboard our products and services. Also, when you contact us through any of our support platforms for inquiry or assistance.

1.2 Through third parties

We may receive information about you from other sources that we engage to provide verification services as applicable by law and directives on Anti – Money Laundering, Counter Financing of Terrorism and Know Your Customer. We may also access your information from Public sources such as government
agencies platforms.

 

2. How your data is protected

Our products and services are developed and provided with your security and privacy in mind. We endeavour to secure and protect your personal information by the use of encryption and other security measures in place. Additionally, we implement periodical security updates to ensure that our security infrastructures are in compliance with reasonable industry standards.

ITC maintains data protection and incident response policies and procedures in order to deal with incidents concerning Personal Data such as; accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure of, or access to, Personal Data transmitted, stored or otherwise processed.

We are certified under ISO/IEC 27001, Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) and the Ghana Data Protection Commission and we ensure compliance with the requirements of these standards.

IT Consortium does not trade or sell the personal data we access with anyone. Also, we will not share or disclose your Personal Data with a third party without your consent. We may disclose Personal Data to law enforcement in accordance and compliance with applicable law for legal processing.

IT Consortium does not sell products for purchase by children. We provide services for children with adult supervision. If you are under 18, you may use IT Consortium Services only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
