Charles Darkwa Antwi, is a corporate and labour attorney with 30 years’ experience. He has a wide range of corporate experience spanning banking, hotel, healthcare and real estate development.
He graduated from the University of Ghana in 1998 with a degree in law and was called to the Ghana Bar in 1990. He has an MBA in Organizational Change and Development from the Regent University School of Business, Virginia Beach USA (2001). He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development, UK.
Mr. Antwi worked with Barclays Bank Ghana from 1983 to 1985. He was senior counsel in the Law Firm of Laryea, Laryea before joining the Golden Tulip Hotel, Accra in 1993. He was
General Counsel for the Golden Tulip till 2009 when he rose to become the Legal and Business Development Manager for Golden Tulip West Africa. He left the Golden Tulip group in 2012 and founded a legal and business advisory firm known as CDA Advisors, Accra-Ghana.
CDA Advisors has provided legal and or business advisory services to several multinational companies in Ghana including Grimaldi Shipping, Ghana; Mediterranean Shipping Company, Ghana; Afrotropic Cocoa Processing Company; AP Moller Maersk Ghana; Newmont Gold Ghana Limited, Hapag Lloyd Shipping Ghana, Bethel Dental Limited, APM Terminal Ghana and International SOS Ghana. These companies operate in sectors ranging from mining, healthcare, and shipping.
Mr. Antwi is also a labour and industrial relations expert and is a Certified Arbitrator of the National Labour Commission, Ghana. He was the chairman of the arbitration panel that in 2013 resolved the 13-month labour dispute between Standard Chartered Bank, Ghana and the Union of Commerce and Finance, Ghana. He represented Ghana Employers Association at The Global Dialogue /Forum on new Developments in the Hospitality and Tourism Sector organized by the International Labour Organization in Geneva Switzerland in November 2010. He was a member of the Ghana Employers Association delegation to International Labour Organization meeting in Geneva, May 2008.
Currently he serves of the board of several organizations like the Africa Partners Medical, Ghana; The Navigators of Ghana; Bethel Dental Limited, Accra Ghana and Cedar Afrique Hotels Development Limited, Ghana.

Managing Director
Romeo Bugyei is the Managing Director of IT Consortium. He has over 20 years of executive leadership experience in consulting, insurance and technology spaces. With his experience, he has contributed to the success and technology transformation of many companies. Romeo has led the transformation of IT Consortium into one of the foremost Financial Technology (FinTech) companies in Ghana and beyond. Romeo Bugyei currently chairs the Governing Council of the Technology Chamber of Ghana. He has a deep understanding of the Fintech space and has been a voice on many issues pertaining to the digitization of the financial ecosystem. He is also passionate about providing solutions and tools that facilitate financial inclusion.
Prior to IT Consortium, he was the Head of Information Systems Department at SIC Insurance Company Ltd and Group Manager for Software and Communication at TSS Limited.
Romeo has an MPhil in computer science and application from the Shanghai University of Science and Technology from the People’s Republic of China and holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi – Ghana.
