Mr. Jerry Hudson
Non-executive Director
Jerry Hudson has over 30 years of experience in research and development, testing, validation and transition of technologies in the fields of environment, energy, advanced manufacturing and material science. He has worked as a civil servant for the US Navy, at Honeywell and most recently at Concurrent Technologies Corporation (CTC), a non-profit research institution. His assignments have ranged from technical contributor to general management of an engineering business unit. He has significant experience in corporate governance, serving as a member of the Board of Directors at CTC, Catalyst Connection and the Community Foundation of the Alleghenies.
Jerry is a graduate of the Stanford Executive Program. He holds an MBA from the Opus College of Business at the University of St. Thomas, Minnesota, and a BS Degree in Chemical Engineering from West Virginia University.

Romeo Bugyei is the Managing Director of IT Consortium. He has over 20 years of executive leadership experience in consulting, insurance and technology spaces. With his experience, he has contributed to the success and technology transformation of many companies. Romeo has led the transformation of IT Consortium into one of the foremost Financial Technology (FinTech) companies in Ghana and beyond. Romeo Bugyei currently chairs the Governing Council of the Technology Chamber of Ghana. He has a deep understanding of the Fintech space and has been a voice on many issues pertaining to the digitization of the financial ecosystem. He is also passionate about providing solutions and tools that facilitate financial inclusion.
Prior to IT Consortium, he was the Head of Information Systems Department at SIC Insurance Company Ltd and Group Manager for Software and Communication at TSS Limited.
Romeo has an MPhil in computer science and application from the Shanghai University of Science and Technology from the People’s Republic of China and holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi – Ghana.
