Human Resource Manager
Ms. Washington-Nortey is the Human Resource Manager of IT Consortium. She has experience in Human Resource Management, Business Administration and law. Prior to working with IT Consortium she worked with the LADA Group of Companies, Royalty Support Services and the 2010 Constitution Review Commission of Ghana.
Phoebe holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Ghana and a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Psychology and Geography and Resource Development also from the University of Ghana.

Managing Director
Romeo Bugyei is the Managing Director of IT Consortium. He has over 20 years of executive leadership experience in consulting, insurance and technology spaces. With his experience, he has contributed to the success and technology transformation of many companies. Romeo has led the transformation of IT Consortium into one of the foremost Financial Technology (FinTech) companies in Ghana and beyond. Romeo Bugyei currently chairs the Governing Council of the Technology Chamber of Ghana. He has a deep understanding of the Fintech space and has been a voice on many issues pertaining to the digitization of the financial ecosystem. He is also passionate about providing solutions and tools that facilitate financial inclusion.
Prior to IT Consortium, he was the Head of Information Systems Department at SIC Insurance Company Ltd and Group Manager for Software and Communication at TSS Limited.
Romeo has an MPhil in computer science and application from the Shanghai University of Science and Technology from the People’s Republic of China and holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi – Ghana.
