Franklin is a seasoned Solutions Architect with a wealth of technical and management skills acquired through the execution of a series of demanding roles with over eighteen (18) years’ experience in ICT Consulting. Franklin has expertise in software systems architecture and development, enterprise-scale web-technologies as well as project planning and implementation skills. He is also an experienced project management professional with over 18 years in the technology industry managing complex, concurrent multi-faceted projects.
Mr. Eleblu is currently the Chief Software Architect of IT Consortium and has done official assignments for projects under United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP), Bankable Frontiers for Africa, Global Environment Foundation (GEF) and the Bio-Safety and Nuclear Research Institute(BNARI). He also hold a BSc in Electrical/Electronic Engineering from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.

Romeo Bugyei is the Managing Director of IT Consortium. He has over 20 years of executive leadership experience in consulting, insurance and technology spaces. With his experience, he has contributed to the success and technology transformation of many companies. Romeo has led the transformation of IT Consortium into one of the foremost Financial Technology (FinTech) companies in Ghana and beyond. Romeo Bugyei currently chairs the Governing Council of the Technology Chamber of Ghana. He has a deep understanding of the Fintech space and has been a voice on many issues pertaining to the digitization of the financial ecosystem. He is also passionate about providing solutions and tools that facilitate financial inclusion.
Prior to IT Consortium, he was the Head of Information Systems Department at SIC Insurance Company Ltd and Group Manager for Software and Communication at TSS Limited.
Romeo has an MPhil in computer science and application from the Shanghai University of Science and Technology from the People’s Republic of China and holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi – Ghana.
