Joojo is an experienced professional with over fifteen years experience in project management, business development and customer relationship management. He is currently the Chief Business Development Officer of IT Consortium and has been with the company since June, 2001.
Prior to working with IT Consortium, Joojo worked with 21st Light Consulting, Accra and Lexcroft Consulting. He is holds Certificates in Marketing Management and Human Resource Management both from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA). He also holds a BSc. in Social Science from the University of Cape Coast.

Romeo Bugyei is the Managing Director of IT Consortium. He has over 20 years of executive leadership experience in consulting, insurance and technology spaces. With his experience, he has contributed to the success and technology transformation of many companies. Romeo has led the transformation of IT Consortium into one of the foremost Financial Technology (FinTech) companies in Ghana and beyond. Romeo Bugyei currently chairs the Governing Council of the Technology Chamber of Ghana. He has a deep understanding of the Fintech space and has been a voice on many issues pertaining to the digitization of the financial ecosystem. He is also passionate about providing solutions and tools that facilitate financial inclusion.
Prior to IT Consortium, he was the Head of Information Systems Department at SIC Insurance Company Ltd and Group Manager for Software and Communication at TSS Limited.
Romeo has an MPhil in computer science and application from the Shanghai University of Science and Technology from the People’s Republic of China and holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi – Ghana.
